I always go to Paradise Ocean Club for Labor Day. Nothing beats toes in the sand and fried shrimp baskets! Summer isn’t summer without it.
Nice list but wish someone would open more vegetarian-friendly places by the water. Feels like every menu is all shrimp and crab.
These articles always make me hungry. Planning on celebrating my birthday at one of these spots next month, can’t decide which!
Been going to Bull Island since they opened. Good brews for sure but the food menu keeps getting better too. Try the fish and chips if you go!
Does anyone know if any of these are dog friendly? I like having lunch out after walking along the boardwalk with my pup.
Wish more places would do live music outside by the water. Seems like only a couple have bands when the weather’s nice. More please!
Love seeing Hampton get some attention for food. Too many folks just drive straight to Virginia Beach but our waterfront spots actually beat most of theirs!
Went to The Deadrise last month and we saw dolphins while waiting for our food! Pretty great if you like a little wildlife with your meal. Highly recommend for dates too.
Where’s the best spot for brunch with kids? I’m new to Hampton and want somewhere with a view but also okay for toddlers. Suggestions?
Solid list, but surprised you left out Marker 20. Their patio gets a great breeze off the marina and the fish tacos are the best downtown.
I always take out-of-town guests to Surf Rider for the crab cakes. Glad it made the cut! Haven’t tried Paradise Ocean Club yet but it sounds fun for summer nights.
Bull Island Brewing is my go-to for beers with friends after work. Never gets old sitting outside by the water when the weather’s nice. Not surprised to see it highlighted here!
